Eyeball Brewing was launched by James Dempsey in 2016. James first developed a passion for lager while travelling through Germany. Inspired by these amazing beers, he built a tiny 30 litre brewery in his home and began to experiment, and our first two beers are some of the results!
Looking for a new challenge and encouraged by his wife who was tired of living in a brewery, James launched Eyeball Brewing in 2016.
The beers we make reflect our approach to brewing – getting the most of the amazing natural ingredients we use, particularly the wonderful malts. Malt, hops, yeast, and letting nature do its thing. Simple really.
